1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India via our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.

3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during high-volume periods (sales, festivals, etc.).

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order directly from our Shopify store or through Shiprocket’s tracking portal.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package twice. If the order is undelivered after two attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes.

A small COD handling fee may be applicable.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact amount (if possible).

8. Delays and Exceptions

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, local disruptions, or courier issues. If your package is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us.
